What is "Leadership by Design"?

Leadership by Design is a series of workshops that give
you the tools to influence others.

This program is based on the fact that most problems in
the business world are simply "people problems".
People misunderstand how other people think, feel, and
why they act the way they do.

Everyone has a unique personality.  The sooner you're
able to understand your own personality, and learn
how to work with other people's different personalities,
the sooner you'll be able to achieve whatever you're
aiming for.

How Does It Work?

We'll help you decide which Leadership by Design
workshop will benefit you most.  You’ll have the chance
to experience your group’s different personalities and
how those personalities determine how each participant
reacts to different tasks.

During the workshop you will...

  1. Take a personality questionnaire (Arabic
    translation is available) to discover which
    personality combination you fall under and then
    draw your personality graph.
  2. Discuss the strengths and challenges of your
    personality and the personality of those in the
    workshop.  
  3. Use practical applications to help you better
    understand the dynamics of the four personality
    types.
  4. Gain a leader's insight.

    servicing styles & objections, interviewing, conflict
    resolution, stress management, building teams &
    team dynamics...etc.)

You’re going to discover how to take on varying
leadership styles, working styles, selling styles, buying

understanding each personality’s strengths and
challenges.
